Role Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mainland, Lagos State

 

Role Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming of guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties.

Required Qualifications:

• HND / B.Sc Holder in a relevant field
• 1-3 years experience as customer support or client service representative
• Male Preferably.
• Preferred candidate must reside in the mainland (Egbeda, Ikotun, Ikeja etc).

 

Remuneration: N50,000 monthly
