Role Title: Management Graduate Trainee
Location: Factory road, Aba, Abia State.
Role Responsibility:
- Candidate would manage the Operations Excellence Audit action plan.
- Candidate would oversee the implementation of local sales building programmes
- Carryout the financial planning of the store
- Candidate would be responding to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
- Carryout management meetings.
- Communicate and implement the national and local promotions.
- Maintenance of the overall quality and service standards.
- You would regularly flow up on management team shift control issues
- Designing of budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
- You would be responsible for delivering outstanding customers' service always.
- Expected to ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are always adhered to.
- Maintain contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness using customer comment cards
Required Qualification:
- Preferred candidate must be residing in Aba
- B.Sc / HND in any relevant course.
- At least one-year relevant experience in the hospitality business
- Hold a minimum of 2nd class lower division (B.Sc.) or Lower credit (HND)
- Leadership, motivational and management skills.
- Competence in the use of Excel, Power Point and Word etc.
- Ability to respond faster to internal and external clients’ request.
- Preferred candidate must be a person of Integrity
- Assertive and tenacious individual
- Timeliness in updating stock records and other documentation in store
- Timeliness in accuracy of GP entry.
