Role Title: Chief Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos State.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing and ensuring strict adherence to periodic sales plan.
  • You will oversee the management of corporate accounts while ensuring acquisition of new customers and overall achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Preparation of relevant presentations, proposals and Corporate Overviews for prospective clients.
  • Working and liaising with Executive Management to determine prices for products and ensures this is communicated effectively to the customers.
  • Developing and coordinating the implementation of marketing and sales policies, strategies.
  • Making plans to enhance the performance of the Organization’s products as well as increase profitability.
  • Ensure that prompt and practical market information is made available to Executive Management.
  • Building and maintaintence of high-level contacts with current and prospective customers, government and other business partners.
  • Providing guidance and manage the performance of subordinates.
  • Preparation and compilation of agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Managing Director.
  • Management of the Group’s products to ensure target margins are met.
  • Initiates appropriate price reviews to drive or sustain products demand.
  • Coordinating of all business development activities including market research, product development, pricing, sales and distribution as well as product promotion.
  • Tracks competitor and industry conditional activities and develop appropriate strategies to protect and enhance the company’s market share.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience working as a mid-senior level officer
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Post graduate qualification would be a plus
  • Professional Qualification and certification in Marketing is desirable.
  • Minimum of eight years progressive work experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of Business Development and Strategic Management skills.

Role Title: Regional Health Finance Officer

Location: FCT, Abuja and Lagos State.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Excellently create quality risk assets and effectively manage balance sheet along target lines
  • Carrying out effective and constant monitoring of customers’ account balances with a view to beefing up same
  • You will identify customers’ needs and proactively provide products and services to meet such needs and advice on appropriate selection of the bank’s products
  • Driving revenue creation opportunities by offering to customers the relevant value propositions that meet their business needs and ensure the provision of excellent relationship management
  • Effectively manage existing Banking relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • You will always ensure key financial deliverables for the sector are met.
  • Proffer effective and robust financial solutions to stakeholders in the Health sector and institutions with the aim of improving customer experience
  • You will identify and market prospects within the target market
  • You will carry out deposit mobilization initiatives in both Current & Savings accounts (CASA, Fixed Deposits account)
  • Preparing customers’ loan applications.
  • Collating and directing data to the approving authority through the appropriate channels
  • Rendering all credit and risk asset reports, deposit liability report and LDR status report to Health Business Manager on a weekly basis
  •  You are to ensure existing investments and liquidation are done accurately and promptly

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Possess a minimum of four years relevant work experience in retail banking.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in health management.
