Role Title: User Researcher

Location: Lagos.

Role Responsibilities:

• Building and fostering strong relationships with key persons of both client organizations and in-house technical teams, in order to identify opportunities for expanding influence and driving attraction
• Contributing to development of advanced digital market research initiatives integrating conventional research methodologies with digital measurement techniques such as clickstream mining, social listening, ecommerce monitoring, advertisement tracking,
• Management of research projects from initial proposals to final deliverables
• Driving client satisfaction with problem-shooting proposals, value-added analyses and actionable insights.
• Development of in-depth understanding of users and summarize their preferences
• etc.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Hold a B.Sc or HND in any suitable subject.
• 2 years of user research experience in technology companies/ research firms.
• Previous experience with mobile phone features and be proficient at user or consumer behavior studies
• Excellent communication, presentation, social and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
• Work smartly at fast-paced company where the feedback cycle is measured in hours rather than weeks seeking a career-defining opportunity with a proven, results-oriented team
• Competence in the use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Candidate must be resident of Lagos State

Location: Lagos.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ability to craft catchy and reliable headlines.
• Write real-time News articles and curating-provoking contents in assigned categories.
• Write and produce variety of content that can be shared Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited Platform with intent to educate and entertain the audience and support the company’s marketing goals.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets required standards.
• Using media monitoring tools to stay informed on what's trending and breaking.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of relevant and interesting topic.
• Collaborate with content team to create amazing ideas for new content and, with direction from employees implementing new strategies.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Hold a Diploma / HND / Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism or related course.
• Resident of Lagos and should not more than 28 years old by December 2020.
• Proven experience in News Reporting and with Content Management Systems (e.g. Word Press)
• A minimum of a year relevant experience
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
• Experience in SEO and must be passionate about creating content
