Role Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos.



Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brand budget and cost implications for all activities.
  • Leveraging consumer insights and category data to identify and assess market opportunities and understand consumer demand.
  • Maintenance of ongoing integrated brand image and message throughout all design and production of marketing and promotional assets.
  • Management of market research and competitive intelligence of competitor activities and determine how information impacts strategy development.
  • Best principles standards and practices in line with global marketing standards are to be ensured
  • Making sure that ROI for all marketing activities, measure and analyze marketing spend versus results, ensure adequate monitoring of all campaigns using tools that ensures transparency and accountability.
  • Understand Costing for various marketing channels and collaterals.
  • Manage brands' 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Researching, creating, and editing compelling content across multiple platforms that effectively communicates Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited brand value proposition, drives leads, generates press interest, and drives conversion of prospects to customers.
  • Identifying plan and execute periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) marketing goals and objectives to enhance the growth of market share, by creatively and analytically developing campaigns, setting measurable goals, and developing the means to gather performance data.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies and industry players - ensuring accurate and timely execution of marketing collateral creation, Auditing actual vendor output authenticity of Activity, costing, documentation etc.
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Track and report marketing activities and budget status vis-a-vis spend to Country Manager.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other suitable course
  • Five years of verifiable work experience within marketing and branding, with special preference for previous experience in a cross channel, B2B and B2C Marketing role specifically for Internet-related Products/Services.
  • Proven experience working with a renowned Mobile Application Product would be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience campaign management, marketing strategy and planning.
  • Solid ability to plan and execute GTM strategies
  • Recognized member of a known marketing institutes either locally or internationally.

Role Title: Head, Human Resources and Finance Department

Location: Nigeria



Role Responsibilities:

  • Partaking in all interview panels as the leading member
  • Ensuring full responses to requests by the Conference, BOG and standing committees for studies and special reports relevant to the work program of the Department
  • Arranging presentations at relevant OPEC meetings and international forums representing the Secretariat as required
  • Ensuring that the members of the Department receive the supervision and guidance necessary to broaden and deepen their skills and continuously improve their performance
  • Prepares the annual budget for the Department
  • Organizing and managing the work in the Finance & Human Resources Department which includes:
    • Enhancement of inter-departmental collaboration and cooperation
    • Putting appropriate measures to ensure an optimal culture and working climate in the Organization by regularly comparing compensations and benefits in the other Vienna based international and private organizations to keep the Secretariat a competitive employer
    • Development of employees by arranging and coordinating adequate training programs
    • Human resources forecasting, recruitment, training & development, Performance Management System, policies development, compensation & benefits as well as administration of termination
    • Annual budget of the Division, Departments and Offices, the control of the expenditures and the preparation of the financial reports
    • Coordination of the preparation of the Secretariat’s annual budget
  • Development and maintainenace of networks with external experts and institutions in fields relating to the work of the Department
  • Always keeping the Director, Support Services Division fully informed on all aspects of the work of the Department, and draws his attention to important analyses performed by it
  • Evaluation the performance of the staff of the Department, and recommends to the Director, Support Services Division of staff development, salary increase, promotion and separations as appropriate

 

Required Qualifications:

  • A post graduate degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • A minimum of ten years relevant work experience of which a minimum of four years should be in a managerial position,
  • Previous record working at large national, regional, or international institutions would be preferred.
  • Proven track record of Human Resources Management
  • Excellent Financial Management (cost & benefit analysis) skills is required.
  • Demonstrated Professional Management & Leadership experience.
